Assistant Professor - Developmental Biologist

Berea, OHPosted 12/15/2022The Department of Biology and Geology at Baldwin Wallace University announces a tenure-track faculty position starting August 2023.
The Department seeks an individual with experience in teaching, mentoring, advising, and research with a diverse undergraduate student body.
A Ph.
D.
in biology, cellular biology, embryology, developmental biology, or a related discipline is required.
The successful candidate will teach introductory level lecture/lab classes; Cell Biology; and specialized courses, including an upper level, writing-intensive Developmental Biology course, in their area of expertise.
A developmental biologist using an animal, non-mammalian system, particularly zebra fish, is preferred.
Candidates are expected to develop and conduct laboratory experiences with undergraduates, participate in curriculum development and assessment, professional development, university and departmental service, and faculty governance.
Founded in 1845, Baldwin Wallace University is a comprehensive university in the liberal arts tradition and is located southwest of Cleveland.
Baldwin Wallace enrolls approximately 3,000 full-time undergraduate students, 250 part-time students, and 900 graduate students.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
