Under construction, we specialize in plumbing, general contracting, drywall, full renovations, and junk removal services.
We are scaling our renovation operations and need to expand staffing to accommodate business operations.
We have a knowledgeable staff with years of experience across numerous industries.
We are growing quickly and are always looking for the best in the business.
We are currently seeking to fill a part-time or contract position.
THE JOB:
Assist with property renovations and maintenance.
Work with team members providing dumping services.
WORK PERFORMED:
Learn and apply renovation techniques under the guidance of skilled professionals.
Assist our team in various renovation projects, including plumbing, general contracting, drywall, renovations, and junk removal.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to our high standards.
Participate in site clean-up, equipment maintenance, and other general construction duties as required.
Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety guidelines.
Perform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the business.
SKILLS/REQUIRMENTS:
Must have a valid driver's license Strong communication skills that allow you to communicate effectively with our team.
Ability to operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner Ability to work alone and do high quality work Be willing to learn new trades Be professional, reliable, and organized.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions Occasional physical activity such as reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping to inspect repairs, and lifting and carrying objects over 50lbs.
Exposure to fumes, chemicals, dust, along with high levels of noise.
Subject to weather conditions both inside and outside.
Required to wear protective equipment when necessary.
Occasional sedentary work.
Must have visual acuity to determine the accuracy and thoroughness of the work assigned.
