o Provide direct nursing care to the residentso Supervise and coordinate the activities performed by the RCAs to ensure a high degree of quality care is maintainedo Responsible for admission, transfer, and discharge of residentso Keep physician and/or other health care professionals informed of change in resident conditionso Perform specific clinical skills, which are necessary for the nursing care of the residents.
o Participate in the documentation of nursing care.
Required skills and
Qualifications:
o Graduate of an accredited LPN programo LPN license in Ohioo Recent clinical experience, education, and specialty skills specific to geriatricso Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as neededo Must enjoy working with the senior populationAncora Memory Support at Mount Alverna Village, a part of Franciscan Ministries, is a vibrant senior living community in Parma, Ohio.
We are currently looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse -LPN who will assist in creating and maintaining an optimal physical, spiritual, social and psychological environment conducive to the best interests and welfare of the residents.

Ancora Memory Support is part of Mount Alverna Village, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), offering a variety of senior lifestyle options including independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing/long-term care.
Additionally, the onsite rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and state-of-the-art programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community.
