We provide top-quality lawn, tree, and shrub care throughout Northeast Ohio to both residential and commercial customers. We are currently searching for a Fertilization Technician who can effectively maintain healthy turf and landscapes for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining healthy landscapes and minimizing disease activity in the turf and landscape by proper application
- Interacting with clients and addressing any questions or concerns
- Coordinating with the General Manager to provide estimates to clients requesting additional services
- Maintaining an efficient route and producing the highest possible quality and profit
- Communicating internally any issues regarding customer property
- Completing daily paperwork requirements
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-3 years of previous lawn care experience is preferred
- Knowledge of insecticides, fertilizers, fungicides, and ability to apply them at the properly calibrated rate
- Ability to diagnose insects and diseases in turf and landscape
- General Plant ID
- The physical ability to lift and work outdoors in various climate elements
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment, accept new challenges, multi-task and prioritize
- A valid driver's license with 0 to low points
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background
- ODA License is preferred
