Position
Summary:
To provide seamless integration by combining technical knowledge, sales skills and customer service in order to sell products and respond to client inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales team to manage and interpret customer requirements that relate to custom orders. Assist with all aspects of customer service Communicate with customers on return and warranty issues (RMA) Working within our ERP and CRM program to update customer information
General Requirements:
Automotive enthusiast with knowledge of classic cars Personable with the ability to answer questions regarding product and learn our product line. Strong Computer Skills Excel, ERP, CRM, experience Strong Sales skills - following up on leads, answering inbound calls, prospecting new accounts Highly organized having the ability to follow thru and complete tasks accurately
